Welcome! We’re glad you’re considering Homeschool Institutes for your child’s learning journey. Below is everything you need to know about enrolling, how our year is structured, and what support you can expect.
Enrollment Process
Inquiry & Information Session
Contact us anytime during the school year to request more information. We will schedule an online or in-person information session to explain our program, answer your questions, and help you decide if our approach suits your family.
Application Submission
After you’ve decided to apply, you fill out our enrollment form. This includes your child’s personal details, previous schooling or homeschool experience (if any), learning goals, and any special needs or preferences.
Placement & Assessment
Once we have your application, we assess your child’s academic level using short diagnostic tests or reviewing past work. This helps us tailor the curriculum to your child’s needs.
Agreement & Enrollment Confirmation
If the assessment and placement are agreed upon, we will send you an enrollment/tuition agreement along with details about fees, schedules, and policies. Once the agreement is signed and any required initial payment is made, your child is officially enrolled.
When You Can Enroll
Rolling Enrollment — We accept students throughout the school year. You do not need to wait for a “school-year start” date. Whether you join in September, January, or mid-term, we’ll adapt the program to your child’s pace.
Start Dates — Although you can enroll at any time, certain structured courses or term projects may have fixed start dates. We’ll inform you of these in advance so you can plan.
Academic Year & Curriculum
School Year — Our academic year runs from September to June/July, depending on the program and grade level. We follow regular holidays and breaks in between terms.
Curriculum Structure — Each student receives a customized curriculum aligned with grade-level standards and your child’s individual learning goals. We offer core academic subjects, enrichment and elective options, and extracurricular or activity-based learning.
Assessment & Progress Monitoring — We regularly monitor progress through assignments, tests, and teacher feedback, and we adjust the learning plan as needed.
Support & Resources for Parents
Communication: You’ll have regular check-ins with your child’s teacher. We’ll share feedback on progress, challenges, and successes.
Resources & Materials: We provide learning materials, digital platforms, and other resources. In some cases you may need to provide supplies or tools; we’ll let you know in advance.
Parent Community: We encourage parents to stay involved. We organize forums, workshops, or group meetings where you can share experiences, ask questions, and get support from both educators and other homeschooling families.
Enrollment Requirements & Policies
Age / Grade Eligibility: We accept students from 4 to 18 years old who are ready for home-based learning.
Commitment & Attendance: Once enrolled, regular attendance and participation are expected. If your child needs to take a break or pause, please notify us ahead of time.
Fees & Payments: Fees are paid on a termly or monthly basis depending on your plan. We will provide a fee schedule and explain payment options. Discounts or financial assistance (if available) will be discussed during the application phase.
What Happens After Enrollment
Orientation: New families receive an orientation session introducing our learning platform, teacher contacts, and schedules.
First Weeks: We’ll typically spend the first one or two weeks helping your child acclimatize—getting familiar with teachers, materials, pacing, and course expectations.
Ongoing Review: Throughout the year, we check in with you and your child to ensure things are working well. If adjustments are needed—more support, different pacing, or changes in subjects—we’ll make them together.
If you have any questions, or wish to begin the enrollment process now, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to support you every step of the way in making homeschooling a rewarding experience for both you and your child.
